Why “Protect the Brand”?
Protect the Brand is a ministry designed to remind Christians that their day to day thoughts, attitudes, and activities should be representative of their position in Christ. The name of the ministry is a result of observing individuals, groups, and companies standing up and having a strong defense for their beliefs and “brand.”
However, as Christians oftentimes we do not stand up for Jesus, the foundation of our Christian faith, or the morals and values espoused in our faith. As a Christian what are you doing to PROTECT the Christian faith in all areas of life? Protect the Brand is designed for you to be encouraged and to encourage others to stand up for your Christian beliefs and equip you to represent Jesus in your day-to-day activities.
What We Believe
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. 2 Peter 1:20-21.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 1:23, Matthew 28:19-20, John 3:16.
We believe that for the salvation of the lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. Romans 8:4 and Ephesians 1:13-14.
We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ.
We believe immediately following the tribulation, He will establish His millennial kingdom on earth 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, and 1 Corinthians 15:51-53.
All people will experience the resurrection, believers to the state of eternal life and unbelievers to the state of eternal punishment Luke 16:19-26, Luke 23:43, II Thessalonians 1:7-9, and Revelation 20:11-15.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.1 Corinthians 12:12 and Psalm 133:1.
